Friendly and helpful staff!
There was a specific car I wanted to look at, and Ben was friendly and helpful throughout with a thorough knowledge of the car. He understood my requirements and respected that I wasn't able to make a decision there and then. The rest of the transactions were completed by telephone and email, which went smoothly apart from needing to chase up the email of paperwork. Ash did the handover when I returned to collect the vehicle and was also helpful and friendly.Kath Andrews -
