Pershore Motor Group are warning customers and residents to make sure they are up to on the law when their next MOT is due or face a potential fine of £2500 and 3 points on their license.
Daniel Wilkinson, Director of Pershore Motor Group explains;
“We have many people who are well intentioned and bring their car to us in advance of their MOT expiry date. Whilst we understand people might like to plan to budget for any potential repairs that may be needed, what they are failing to realise is that if they drive their car following an MOT failure, even if the previous test certificate is still in date they will be breaking the law.”
To address this problem the service and repairs team at Pershore Motor Group have put together a ‘Fit to Pass Package’* which will flag up any potential issues that may result in a failed MOT test. If work needs to be done to pass the MOT the team can arrange to have any repair work done & new MOT completed at their Stoulton branch.
