Tays journey began at the young age of 16 when he left the traditional school path to embark on a sales apprenticeship. After successfully completing the apprenticeship program, Tay transitioned into working for the family business. Starting off working in valeting, with his determination and dedication, he steadily ascended the corporate ladder, assuming diverse responsibilities that included valeting, marketing, sales, workshop management and even accounts. After this Tay took some time out of the business to purse a passion for skiing and earn his qualification as a ski instructor. Following this experience, Tay rejoined the business in a management capacity and is now a director of Pershore Motor Group, holding the distinction of being its youngest director. And, as Tay himself cheekily claims, he might just be the most attractive of them all as well.

Ash boasts an impressive 15-years in the motor trade industry, with a remarkable journey that commenced in 2008 as a trainee at Europe's largest used car outlet. Over the years, Ash's dedication and passion for the industry were evident as he steadily climbed the ranks. By 2014, he had reached the esteemed position of General Manager, overseeing a Fiat franchise and a bustling used car outlet. In 2014, Ash's career path led him to Pershore Motor Group (PMG), a company whose values and culture resonated with him. Within just 18 months, his exceptional leadership skills earned him the role of Sales Manager. Demonstrating his versatility and capability, Ash has since managed multiple sites within Pershore Motor Group. In recognition of his exceptional contributions, Ash was promoted to the position of Director, marking a significant milestone in his professional journey. His vision for the future includes a commitment to nurturing a stronger team, further solidifying PMG's standing in the industry.

Callum embarked on his journey in the world of sales as an apprentice back in July 2017. Over the years, he diligently climbed the ranks, taking on a multitude of roles and responsibilities, including tasks like car pickups, deliveries, car washing, and administrative duties. Now, Callum proudly holds the position of Sales Manager at Pershore Car Sales.

With 40 years of industry experience, spanning across main dealers, independent ventures, and his own business, Carl has emerged as a seasoned professional. Over the course of his career, he has successfully sold more than 9000 cars, making connections with countless remarkable individuals. For Carl, the true essence of his profession lies in the joy of meeting new and intriguing people. Throughout his journey, Carl has witnessed significant transformations, particularly changes with the internet and the way people now buy cars. But Carl still believes that a personal, interactive approach is still the way forward. He finds his niche in working within a family-owned business alongside fellow people who share his vision, as it aligns with his personal preference for helping individuals find the perfect car that complements their needs, lifestyle, or professional requirements.

After completing horticulture studies in Pershore, Ben transitioned into a new career path with a nudge from a friends recommendation. This journey led Ben into the world of motor trade in 2018, where he found himself working for Ford based at a dealership in Oxford. His first day at Ford marked a remarkable shift in work life, as he had never stepped foot in an office environment before. Despite having limited prior experience, Ben was immediately thrown in the fast paced environment, tasked with not just managing everyday office work but also taking on the challenge of driving brand new Ford Mustangs. His role extended to both new and used vehicles, he also specialised in Motability services as well. After a few years at Ford, Ben decided to make another significant move to Vauxhall main dealership. This new role required him to immerse himself in the rapidly evolving world of fully electric and hybrid vehicles, which Ben embraced. In June 2021 the opportunity came up to work for PMG, where he seamlessly transitioned into the used car sales department. Bens experiences along the way prepared him for this role, and was eager to join the dynamic team in Pershore.

Megan started on her professional journey in hospitality, honing her skills across various pubs before embracing a role as a waitress at a local hotel while pursuing a degree in hospitality management. Rising through the ranks, she swiftly transitioned to a supervisory position and then furthered her expertise by pursuing a top-up year for a business management degree. This diverse blend of qualifications propelled her to the esteemed role of Front of House Manager, where she thrived for several years. With an impressive eight years under her belt dedicated to customer service, Meg knew providing the best possible service within any career was her calling. The opportunity to work for Pershore Motor group then came up as they were about to open a brand new site in Evesham and the core of the business was around providing exceptional customer service. Meg knew it was the place for her to be! For 4.5 years, she dedicated herself to the company's vision, then the opportunity to become sales manager at Evesham arose. Megan continues to thrive, steering the sales division with her trademark dedication and commitment to elevating customer experiences.

After Josh completed his vehicle maintenance and repair level 2 program at Stratford college, he then gained extensive experience through several positions. Josh worked part-time at Tesco express in Stratford for multiple years before transitioning to a role at O2 in Stratford and later at O2 Evesham, where he progressed from a sales assistant to an assistant manager and eventually a store manager. Following his work at O2, Josh then ventured into the automotive industry at Allen Ford Warwick, excelling as a sales executive for 20 months. During his time there, he achieved significant milestones, selling over 150 cars within the first 10 months. And becoming the Electric Cars specialist early this year. In October 2023, Josh seized the opportunity to join PMG in Evesham, working for Ford has given him the tools to make sure customer service is top priority.

After completing school, Chris embarked on a dedicated journey through education, enrolling in college to pursue NVQ level 2 and 3 in professional catering. While still at college Chris worked at a local country pub in Cutnall Green for the executive chef for the England football national side. With an impressive two decades in the hospitality industry, working at many prestigious venues and for corporate enterprises. Chris eventually found himself at sixways events at Worcester Warriors, dedicating eight years to the role. Chris has always had a love and passion for anything cars so decided a career change. So when the opportunity arose to join Pershore Motor Group as a driver, Chris eagerly seized the chance, commencing his journey just before the first Covid lockdown. Since then, he has become a solid member of the team, evolving into the role of parts and logistics coordinator, with his diverse expertise and dedication to contribute significantly to the PMG success.

Liz started off after leaving college studying physical education and sports studies at Worcester Uni, she finished at Worcester with a BSC joint honours. Once she left uni and got various jobs, she decided teaching was not for her, and decided to get into marketing working at a local company in Kidderminster doing marketing/events. She loved working in events but after a time and when the opportunity came along to work for PMG she made the decision to move into the car industry. Liz has been looking after the marketing and team here at Pershore Motor Group for a year now. And amongst the pressure and deadlines she is faced with, Liz is always the smiley face around the office. 

After finishing school, Sam embarked on his academic journey by studying Music Technology at Kidderminster College. This marked the beginning of his dedicated pursuit of his love and passion for the music industry. Subsequently, he transitioned into the corporate world be accepting a position at a local footwear company, where he took charge of their marketing department. Remarkably, he managed to seamlessly balance his professional responsibilities with his love for music, performing up and down the country every weekend. Amongst all this his passion/obsession for cars, took him all across the country attending many car meets, car shows, track days. So when the opportunity came up to work for Pershore Motor Group and join the marketing department, he decided to pursue his love for cars and join the PMG team.

Tom started off his journey to become a vehicle technician at Dudley college, where he designed parts for McLaren, Mercedes and Jaguar Land Rover, before leaving with a level 3 qualification. Tom then left college and got a job at a local go karting track in Halesowen to pursue his love for motorsport. Tom then went onto work for Vauxhall in Dudley for 3 years developing new skills, before starting with us here at PMG earlier this year and he hasn’t looked back since. No mater what challenges he faces, or technical problems Tom has the mindset and skills to get the job done!

Mark's love for mechanics and automobiles ignited during his childhood, surrounded by a real passion for the automotive industry growing up. This ignited his journey into the world of cars, where he started with an automotive engineering city and guild apprenticeship in Coventry. He dedicated four years at Rolls Royce, laying the foundation for his expertise. Following the completion of his apprenticeship, Mark delved into working on military vehicles across the world, where he developed and learned new skills along the way. After some time doing this he also found a passion and interest for rally car driving, helping out in his spare time at a local rally team. As years passed, Mark landed a job at Pershore Motor Group, where he has thrived for the past four years. Reflecting on his journey, Mark expresses genuine enthusiasm for his position within the team at PMG, emphasising the satisfaction and fulfilment he finds in his role. He said that PMG is an exceptional workplace where his passion meets professional growth, a place he proudly calls home for his career.

When Emily was little she used to spend weekends with her Dad going to various car shows, museums and BTCC, also spending time at his workshop alongside him. This is where she discovered her love for cars, at such a young age. As Emily got older she had a clear view on what she wanted to do but got advised by other friends to do something better than working with cars. So she ended up doing business studies and finished the course, then applying for how college to do mechanics, where she did her level 1,2 and 3. While doing her level 1, Emily did a group interview for Halfords and was short listed before doing a week trail. This lead on to Emily working for Halfords for over 5 years both part/full time during that period. She then landed a job here at PMG as a Technician at our prep centre as she wanted to progress her career. Emily has recently just passed her MOT qualification.

Stu has been with the company for nearly 2 years, and is based at our Prep centre in Hartlebury. He started his carer off in the oil and gas industry, supplying combustion equipment to major large oil companies across the globe. He wanted a change and decided to pursue his love for driving and cars in general, so he decided to land himself a Job with us overseeing day to day logistics with delivering cars to site and customers across the UK.
